When it comes to anything in life, we have patterns. We follow patterns and then there is a result. For example – slumping your shoulders and putting a frown on your face is a sure fire way to depression! It is obvious what happened. We put ourselves in a sorry state, and then did the patterns that causes such feelings.

We can find a better and more vibrant state, however, we can’t without awareness. The ingredients to make the rut is simple. Same as the pattern which results in sadness, there is a pattern for being in a rut.

This pattern usually manifests with a monotonous repetition of things. This could be doing the same thing every day over a period of months.

The key will be to become aware just when these problems presented themselves. Then you would seek to find events and lifestyle changes and other things which has caused this issue.

Once you know this, you can pin point the things that you did that made the result culminate in a rut at this time. The good news is that knowing this, you can then adopt the changes fast.

There are some other things which causes the rut situation.

Bad sleeping patterns. The Sun is a good measure of how humans should operate, and you might find that not being in sync with the natural flow of life, is likely causing the issue. Getting into sync and being an early riser is a great way to get into a flow state.

Energy blocks are an issue also. This manifests from your perception as feelings. And these happen from the focus in your mind. If you consistently have negative thoughts, then it is likely that it will gradually move from thought to feeling. It is important to break the chain and then find the good things in life.

There are 2 keys that will help immensely. One is the act of being grateful. That is to see the good in life. Everything has 2 sides to the equation, and the glass is either half full or half empty. With this wisdom, we can remember to take the time to be grateful.

The other important key is meditation. The act of letting go of past and future and being present is a good idea as it will help you to take back your power which you likely have at least for a portion of your time invested into past, which is no use in most cases, and future, which hasn’t happened yet.

As you move into acceptance of things as they are, then you can move toward looking at the solutions. A better state is starting to stir up in you, a more positive state. And as you read these words, a good feeling will come over you, as you descend into happiness and joy.

The process is simple – become aware. As you become aware, then you can seek to find the benefits. From there, you can move forward to a new place.

All problems pass. Some people tackle them, and some don’t. The key is not to take life too seriously in the face of assumptions.

We have had interesting times in the last 10 years. What the future holds?

Bliss! Bliss is total happiness, and it is being formed right now!

Goals and aspirations are all tools that allow us to navigate in life, from an A point, to a B point. Can you get from A to B?

Of course you can. With the help of faith, hope, consistent action and learning, all things are possible. A term which has served me well has been “let go and let God”.

For many people it is a shift in a new year. For those select few, those who goal set, and those who have worthy ideals, they will be moving ever forward to their own versions of bliss.

As a guide, I am always committed to helping you achieve that.

Questions like these, at a time leading up to the New Year, and a new decade, is an important point to consider.

A destination must be known. This is a prerequisite!

Consider this, if you don’t know where you want to get to, you likely will be where you are now. Know where you want to get to and take action.

Action is essential, and knowing the right kinds of actions to take is essential, but it can take time to get to that point.

To be able to master life requires mastering self to a certain degree, and we are all learning. All evolving.

So take the time, and consider what would you like to experience in 2010 and beyond? What is the ultimate destination?

Answers to these questions will bring a brighter future. So let’s do it together!

Let us paint a picture of bliss. Positive action, learning and applying, will result in you one day living totally that bliss you imagine!

Together there are many places we can go! We have routes, and a good knowledge is that all roads lead to Rome, and they do.

Most people get too concerned with time. And they consider it an important factor, and it is. However, like how we plants seeds, and over time they sprout into beautiful tree’s. Tree’s that make sceneries of bliss.

To get there, we need to make life work better. To make life work better, we need to focus on constantly improving our skills and abilities. Doing so will produce a much better result.

Focus is an essential element and as you focus and give time to something it expands. Time also shortens and great things happen!

As the process continues, learning and more importantly wisdom comes about. As new wisdom is gained from experience in life, then you can go from one success to further success.

Life has many mountains. And achieving success in life requires a lot of planning, and further a lot of action.

Learning is essential so that you can correct actions to find the right formula for success. There is a great need to be able to open doors and find success.

It begins with the planning, as planning opens doors. Planning allows people to know the steps to success.

Planning however is only one aspect. Like an architect working on the plans for a building, it requires also the ability to know that action is essential.

Massive action makes massive results. The interesting point here is that like we spoke about, learning is essential.

First knowledge, then application of knowledge, this then results in wisdom. Wisdom is essential.

For many people knowledge is in abundance. Actual wisdom requires a lot. It is the successful businessman or woman who knows the intricate details of the business, who know what factors increase sales, how to get more customers, etc.

Getting to this point, again requires effort. Is it possible? Yes, and for those who persist, there is room to make things happen.

Open your eyes to a new day. Create a clear path to success. Remember to have the faith, hope and confidence that you can. Because you really can and will.

All this results in a lot of work. Is it worth it? Yes, it fully is worth it!

Who doesn’t like success? Everyone loves success, it shows a job well done!

So take the steps, look at your success story. What steps could you take right now. Even a small step of action will help a long way.

Don’t get stuck on planning. Take action. What is one thing you could do right now that will plot a clear path to the success that you seek and will find?

To go anywhere, you need to know the destination. That destination is so important, and we can see this in all areas of life. Consider this. There are all different transportation methods. Some go on airplanes, some on ships. In all these cases, there is one thing to remember, they all have a destination.

Destination is important because it takes you from where you are to where you want to be. To be there, you need to get there, and that can only happen, if you know where that B point is!

People generally don’t have that destination point, and it is one, which is essential for success in life. Knowing these is what allows the movement of life.

Having somewhere to go has always been an important part of making life interesting. Goals, outcomes, desires are all words which constitute a destination to be realized, and which become realized.

The main point to remember is that the goals should mean something to you. Having this reason why is essential, because it becomes the fuel to make great things happen.

The process of selecting goals can take time. In fact it could take years. As it has been for me, however, the journey is as much fun as the destination.

Remember that action is essential. Once you know where you want to go, there is a need to remember to act! Massive action brings massive results.

There is a learning process, and for some it could be quick. Success can take years. Success can be a roller-coaster ride.

To win in life requires constantly setting and achieving new goals. To climb requires persistence.

Life throws us many lessons, and they are there to serve in helping you achieve success. To get the most out of life, learn from these lessons and continue together on an amazing journey.

Life can be amazing, and when you take the steps, there is a point where you will really realize that the world is your oyster.

Considering that we have a big world, a world where there are a number of resources that you can achieve whatever you want to achieve. Whatever you seek, you will find.

So when is the best time to start making your dreams reality? It starts now, because life begins right now!
