Today we will be looking at the second part of the success secrets for you to begin on the road to financial freedom.

Working for someone and climbing the corporate ladder is another thought of getting rich. However, in today’s world, the odds of that happening are small. A business can make it happen for you. Again there are no guarantees to success in your own business.

The odds however, are greater at becoming financially free. You are in charge, and are responsible for your own success. This makes success more of an easier process. It is like you picking out the numbers of the lottery, something which everyone wishes for.

With a business of your own, you can shake those papers, balls, and select a number which is more to your liking! Again, you don’t know the numbers that will come up. You may or may not succeed in business. However, you chances are improved greatly.

There is one more way of getting financially free, and that is in sales. Anything that does not cap your income is truly a great thing, indeed. This allows you to act, and if your actions are better than the majority, you will succeed.

One last key before leaving this article is that persistence is a big key. It’s no easy road to become financially free. You have to take actions and know the direction you want to go in. Like a long journey, you have to make all the steps, though you don’t have to make them all in one day.

We all want keys. We want the key to success, the key to wealth, the key to happiness, and this, that, and the other. There is one key however, which is almost certainly the only guarantee to becoming financially free.

Millions of lottery tickets are sold each week. Everyone wishing that they will become rich and they can live a lavish life. Being and becoming rich with the lottery is not a way to get rich. I can personally guarantee that. With millions of odds against you, and with a gamble of a dollar or two, is not a wise investment decision! Basically you are not going to get rich from the lottery.

However, for many people, they play in the hope of getting rich, and lady luck answered the prayer. Enough of the rant about the lottery, it is truly a hole in the pockets of people, and is not a good way to put your aims on. I remember several years ago, being in a state of despondency, I was in that position of hoping on the lottery.

Come forward to now. I have gone through many a success, and many a failure. I have seen success around me. And what we see is that there is only one way that can make you wealthy. That is a business of your own. Running a business, whether a home business or a small business with staff is the only way.

Others don’t look at the lottery, instead, they hope for riches through inheritance. However, those times are dying. The only way for you to get financially free, is when that money that enters your pocket, has come from your own determined efforts.

You hear so many people try to tell you about the key to prosperity. It seems like there are so many different ways to prosper, that you may wonder which methods actually work. Some do and some don’t, however, there is one key that either makes both of them either make you loose or win.

We hear opportunity after opportunity. We hear tactics, strategies, and I got the way to make you rich. From life coaches to motivators, right down to your next door neighbor who has the next get rich quick method! They all seem to have the answer, but for me a lot of the answers did not work. As a bit of background, I have been into personal development since my dad gave me Think And Grow Rich when I was around 15.

I spent years learning and applying. I did all the gurus suggested and wondered why it would not work. Then at a seminar it hit me hard! Having an exercise to write your budget at you want it in the future was all easy. You see I knew what I wanted. Then something odd happed. The coach says write how your budget is today.

Well I did write my budget. Though I did it not so honestly, I still contained my shares are worth X amount, and included all the things which are hidden wealth (those things which are intellectual and though that’s where your wealth is, it is not liquid in a huge margin). The truth was - I wasn’t being honest to myself. So, when I went home, I really looked at it. How is it really? I found that it was at a position that needed bankruptcy.

At that point I realized that I needed to be in the now, not some other place. Not thinking positive, not thinking the best will come, not thinking about anything else then ‘how is it right now, really and truthfully’. Well, since that very illuminating moment, I have been on the up and up, and have achieved a lot of what I set to achieve.

* Lessons From 3 Types of People
Some choose to live and the past, while others live in the future. There is yet another that achieves, and it is one type of person who is in the few. The few that win however, may at some point in time been one of the other 2 types.

The worst that any person can do to damage there future, is to live in the past. Actions and results of the past have caused many people to live in a life of misery. Whether you past is full of success or failure, good times or bad times, it is not a place to dwell in.

Another type of person is the future person. Always looking to the future and thinking of lofty ideals. I was this person, always looking for tomorrow. Yes, you do need to look at the destination, and think about it. But, if you do for too long, you will not have time to take your eyes off the map, to make the journey!

Another person is the one who is here now. This person knows there past, where they intend to be in the future, and stay present in the now so they can take the actions.

* How To Get Grounded In The Present
You are here! Reading this, remember you are here. Not what you did before or what you will do after, but where you are now. This here is the present, and it is the greatest thing, as you can go in any direction you choose after this.
